Shipping is only half the job. A production store needs safe releases, a place to test, and someone watching what happens after.

Stack: AWS EC2, PM2, nginx
Next.js on AWS EC2 with PM2 and nginx behind Cloudflare, set up and maintained end to end.
A separate test server, configured to block bots and search-engine crawling, so releases are tested before and after each deploy.
GA4 and Google Search Console to track SEO and performance, reporting to the Managing Director and fixing drops with the SEO team.
Root-cause digging in the database with TablePlus, and internal guidebooks on modules and known issues for other teams.
